Very slow delete using eSata cable.

Searched exact dups with NoClone Enterprise. Smart marked to delete files n external drive G only which has eSATA cable. I estimated it woud take many days or even a week to delete files to the recycle bin.
Would canceling cause loss of data?
Is the slow delete due to Win 7 in 64 bit mode or perhaps the eSata is not compatible?
Is it better for me to run NC2010 Enterprise with Win in 32 bit mode and fire wire connection?

Computer: HP Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 2.26 GHz 2.27 GHz, 4 G ram, internal drive 300 Gb
Operating Software: Windows 7 Home Premium edition, build 7600.16385
Two External Drives connected:
Drive G:1 Terabyte Western Digital My Book, connected with eSATA
Drive F is 1 Terabyte Western Digital My Book, connected with USB (optional firewire).
If I run in 32 bit mode and connect G drive with firewire and F drive with USB it works OK but slow.
