Cannot update to newest version and

I have 2007 Enterprise 4.1.42.0. It says I am "up-to-date", but shows that version 45 is available.

I found a link to 45, downloaded, and it upgraded me to 2010 v4.2.6.0 -- Not what I expected, but great. case closed.
