PayPal "Internal Server Error" Prevents Purchases

I reported on the 17th via chat, that PayPal is and has been down, and that this is a known and widespread problem - users get an "Internal Server Error". (Please refer to

Unfortunately license purchases and upgrades must be done through PayPal. I'd like to upgrade my license, especially at the discounted price, but I can't. Will Reasonable take this PayPal failure into consideration, to include extension of its discount promotion?
