Installed NoClone 2007 Enterprise on Server - worked well at first now not working

I installed NoClone 2007 Enterprise on a Server running Windows Server 2003 SP2. It worked well at first, now about a week later it is not working.  I get the splash screen, then a flash of the console, then nothing.  Uninstalling and reinstalling did not help.  May have been caused by installing Critical MSFT updates?  What is next best step?
