Unrecognized database format

When I ran NoClone in trial mode, everything was fine.  As soon as I registered it, I get the error message below everything it starts up. I click yes or no and then when I try to search the program crashes with no message.  Any ideas?

I tried to uninstall and then reinstall.  This did not help.  I am running Vista and have Access 2007 installed.

Dear c1f3r,

Please go to:
'C:\Users\smith\AppData\Roaming\Reasonable Software House Ltd\NoClone 2007\4.1.42\'
and delete the file 'NoClone.mdb'. The file will be recreated when NoClone restarts. Please let me know if it help.
