Cannot run NoClone - "unexpected problem" message

I am, still unable to run NoClone4 home despite downloading and loading latest version and updating my service plan - CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE. Whenever I try to run the program I get error "noclone has encountered unexpected problem and needs to close" I have tried to delete it using control panel and when deleting get message " Could not load file or assembly sortbls.nlp or one of its dependencies. System cant find file specified. I tried a repair but it says cant find noclone4 setup.msi. I then did forced removal and tried to reload, also with a newly downloaded program. Still get same results. Can you tell me how to get this program working please I have a twin processor pc running XP Pro with ample memory and disk space
