Similar content search on JPG files

Is it worth doing a similar content search on JPG's? Since JPG's are compressed, wouldn't even a minor change in content create significant changes to the file structure?

Dear Twoll,
I assume that you wish to ask if it is possible to compare two jpgs(assuming that they are both compressed). Even if the jpgs are compressed on different ratios, but their file contents more or less have some similarities, NoClone are able to compare with this difference.
If you wish to search two jpg (assume one is compressed and another one does not), their file contents more or less have some similarities, NoClone are able to compare with this difference.
