NoClone 2007 Enterprise v4.1.35 refuses to work with OUTLOOK

I have downloaded the software twice and set it up twice. It is registered and seems to work with document files OK. But with OUTLOOK it persistently fails to do anything - no scan and no reports. The software takes one nanosecond to tell me that there are no duplicates when there are hundreds...Outlook has been installed only for 48 hours but it has numerous duplicate messages in it because the import process did not function as smoothly as advertised ( a bit like NoClone huh?). So what is my problem please? I have checked outlook using diagnostics and reinstalled NoClone but there is no change. Using Vista Business 32bit. It is getting frustrating and this software was not cheap!
