Finding email duplicates in Outlook
I recently upgraded to the latest version (4.1.11.0) and tried to search for my Outlook email duplicates (Office 12). Can’t get any results, even though I know I have many duplicates.
I checked the Outlook email button, selected Duplicate emails as the Search Template, entered the name of my current .pst file (I actually have a number of outlook and archive .pst files in my C:\Documents and Settings\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook folder), checked the Sub-folder box, and tried *.* as well as All for the file type. I tried it with my .pst files open and I tried it with Outlook closed. NoClone keeps finding zero duplicates!!!
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks in advance.

I put it on outlook, I uncliked sub folders and picked one folder at a time, My problem is it wont delete the files it wont move the files. it wont do anything. Somehow by magic I got it to appear to delete some once but I cant get it to delete the duplicates it found. so try unchecking subfolders and good luck, I used no other criteria by the way than one folder at a time. If you find any solutions to deletion problems please let me know, thanks!

I stupidly upgraded to v4.1.17. The program is filled with bugs: e.g., it finds regular duplicate files, but when I try to run Outlook duplicate emails, I get a message saying "search directory is not exist or access denied!" If I select a subdirectory email folder, sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn't.
After I finally got the upgrade installed and registered, I sent 2 separate emails to NoClone requesting support, and DID NOT RECEIVE A REPLY TO EITHER MESSAGE.
The file search portion of the program seems to work OK but if you're looking for duplicate emails, the program -- as presently written -- sucks.
If I'm wrong about this and someone has an answer, I'd very much appreciate a post -- since it looks like I've thrown away $32/90.
