Doesn't delete duplicates

This program drives me crazy. I smart mark all the duplicates, and then I delete all of them. Then I search for duplicates again and it finds more? I am very much not trusting this, and I'm going to go back to taking an MD5 sum and using mysql to track my duplicates.

smart marker will mark for files basing on your marking criteria. thus it is possible that not all the duplicate files are deleted. you may use the option mark all except one to remove all duplicate files.
