Every Scan Results in Error - Out of Memory

Hi,
I am running 4.1.17 and every scan results in an error being generated ... Exception of type 'search.OutofMemoryException. at System.IO.BinaryReader.ReadBytes(Int32 count)
In addition, I noticed that when scanning, it shows comparing 0 of 1003 suspected files and never changes the "0" but the progress bar still moves.
I have quit the program, rebooted system and the same problem occurs.
I have also moved the files from my network server to the local machine. Same thing.
As last resort, I un-installed and re-installed and that didn't fix it either.
Now, if I go into just 1 of the directories, the scan will work and find the duplicates. This has to be related to my other post about searching subdirectories.
Thanks,
-chris

OK, I spent all day testing yesterday with 2 different systems. Something in 4.1.17 is broken. I continue to get out of memory errors on every scan on both systems. NT Server and XP and if I take a directory with a few thousand duplicates, it doesn't find one. I have even tried using the similar profile. However, if I take just 6 of the files out, it finds the duplicates right away.
If this version has known bugs, can I get a link to download a previous version?
Thank you ,
-chris
