Noclone changes create date on all of my files it's comparing

Hi all
I'm trialling NoClone Home and NoClone Free. So far it looks great, but just come across a showstopper for me. If I do a search, then mark only 1 file, then do a move of the duplicate files it changes the create date on the files to the time it did the move. Not just the Moved files, but also on the ones it left in the existing folder structure. The Modified date stays the same though.
I've had a look through, help, forums and the options in both version of the program and cannot see anything to turn this off.
Is there anyway around this? I'm wanting this to clean up photos, so I really don't want the create date changed
Thanks

Hmm. Might actually be Vista that's doing it. Will keep testing
