Purchased software from BTSoftware BV and reg code does not work

I just purchased NoClone Enterprise 2007 from BTSoftware BV online.
The password that they have sent me did not work.
I told them and they sent me another one.
Neither of them worked.
I get a message about "invalid password."

I sent an email to cs@reasonables.com but have not recieved any repsonse.

Also, my email address does not show up as a registered user on the noclone site (when I try to look up my regisration code.)

Any help you could supply would be much appreciated.
