Can I exclude PERMANENTLY files from future scans ?

Anonymous 10-10-2007, 10:19

Assume I want (starting from a result/dupes list) to exclude files (NOT folders !) from future scans.

Can I mark them somehow in the result list and hit somewhere an "exclude" button?

This would be fine.

Matt

NoClone current are not able to exclude a specific file from the result. However you can add the file in excluded path before the scan. We may consider to add that feature in the later release. Thanks for your support.

I can not get exclude to work 100%

I have chosen what should stop jpg from being compared but they still do :S

a more perminate option would be great .. as this program is destroying game /app installs

also how does the master folder work ?>

I am currently moving about 40 HDD's into new raid array and wanting to keep data in one folder that will never be touched ( read but not deleted )  and make sure it never gets marked by NC for deletion

Main problem atm is running hash checks to verify i actually finished downloading the files ( via another program )...  but still try and use NC to feee up space
I could cut n paste them all in the folder but the chances of acedently over writting with 0'd files is to risky
