2 bugs found - growing database and hang on exit

In testing this program against a few other similar programs I found two bugs that prevent me from using it.
1. When I ran the search the first time, it found duplicates and showed one file in two different directories (example). The second time I ran it ran I found it showed two files in each director. The third time, three files in each director. I clicked on "Clear History" several times and at different times in the process - before, during and after a search run. It never cleared anything. I gave up when it showed 5 identical files in each directory for 2 directories for a total of 10 duplicates when there were only 2 original files.
2. When I attempted to do a few different thing, the program came back with an error message giving a long list of program lines it couldn't find. Once I "Oked" it to clear the message box, it went to a "Subscribe" box that would never close, change, accept any entry or anything. The only way to clear it was to use Task Manager to End Program.
3. A little bug annoyance. I don't use Outlook or Outlook Express. I use Mozilla Thunderbird. Everytime the program starts it gives an error message about not being able to find Outlook and do I want to install and make it my default e-mail program. Of course NOT!!
It looks like a good robust program but these prvent me from continuing it's use.
