Sympton:
When you start NoClone 4, you encountered this error: Database error! Please try to re-install NoClone! Could not load file or assembly System.EnterpriseServices.Wrapper.dll or on of its dependencies...

Casue:
System.EnterpriseServices.Wrapper.dll is missing at c:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\x86_System.EnterpriseServices_b03f5f7f11d50a3a_2.0.0.0_x-ww_7d5f3790\
Solution:
Reinstall .net framework 2.0 at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=0856EACB-4362-4B0D-8EDD-AAB15C5E04F5&displaylang=en or http://noclone.net/download/dotnetfx.exe.
OR
Copy System.EnterpriseServices.Wrapper.dll from C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727 to C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\x86_System.EnterpriseServices_b03f5f7f11d50a3a_2.0.0.0_x-ww_7d5f3790\
Note: you may have different location for Windows folder other than C:\WINDOWS.

I received this error too, but the above did not fix it. What I had to do was go to
C:\Documents and Settings\USERID\Application Data\Reasonable Software\NoClone 4.0\4.0.33
and delete all of the files there. Then it worked.
