NoClone 4.0 beta1 update announcement

NoClone 4.0 is updated recently(Version 4.0.0.11) for resolving the installation problem.
- object NULL exception
- missing components exception

Unable to install or run the application. The
application requires that assembly
Microsoft.StdFormat Version 7.0.3300.0 be installed
in the Global Assembly Cache (GAC) first.
