NoClone misses duplicates in lower directories when most all of the duplicates in higher levels have been removed and the remaining duplicates are 4 or 5 levels down. Sometimes telling it to find duplicates and same-name files will find a few more duplicates before it stops finding duplicates again. The two root directories are on the same network drive and the files are 5 levels down in the tree. I've got work-arounds like explicitly selecting the subdirectories where NC is not finding the duplicates. Even that fails sometimes.
This most often happens with *.ICO files and *.FON files. Sometimes I just go to DOS and compare the files manually with FC and be done with it.
I'd love to try same with Beta4 if you need a tester.
