Is NoClone Safe to Delete Duplicates?

SITUATION
Quote from one of the NoClone users:
I have tried your NoClone which finds duplicate files but then comes the big problem that I am sorry but we the general public realy have no idea on which files we are able to delete. I take it that a duplicate file has a twin file so in that case. I can remove the said file this done then I come up against a warning to be carefully removing duplicate files leaving in having to open a folder in which to place the duplicate files and as removing the duplicate files to make more room on the computer. I find little use in just moving files from one point to another.
RESOLUTION
If you are new to NoClone, you may try to search duplicates (mp3, photos) in person folders such as My Document which do not affect the system. You can view NoClone tutorial at http://noclone.net/pdt.asp. And also, It is recommended to move duplicates to a temp file before you are sure to delete them. Delete files at your own risk.
