If you’re anything like me then you’ve got a multi-Gigabyte music library full of duplicate songs that you’ve been dumping in various folders over the course of several years – gathered as you’ve transferred folders from one PC to another. You’ll also have several copies of the same digital photos strewn across various folders from where you’ve transferred the contents of an old hard disk on to another. You could have several versions of the same document and a whole host of other files cluttering up your hard disk. If you’re a network admin then your network could be full of non-files (0KB in size) and duplicated rubbish.

If any of the above sound even vaguely familiar, then you need NoClone. It searches your hard disks for you and finds the duplicated and bad files. You can then mark the offenders and delete them all at once. If you’ve got hundreds of files, a ‘smart mark’ feature allows you to automatically mark the older files or those in particular places before deleting them – it’s highly customiseable.

In virtually no time at all your hard disk will be virtually trimmed in size by a factor of loads. If you’ve always meant to get round to organising your files but never have time, quite simply NoClone is for you.
